Within 60 days after customers receive the goods, if they are not satisfied with the product or have non-quality-related or quality-related return demands, they can initiate a return application to the platform in accordance with the process. The platform supports free return for eligible orders, and customers do not need to bear additional return fees, realizing zero-cost return operation within the valid period.

Refund Processing Cycle

After the platform receives the returned goods submitted by customers and completes the inspection and verification of product integrity, functionality and packaging status, the official refund review process will be initiated immediately.
